Private sessions are available for individuals looking for personalized support through mindful movement, mobility, grounding practices, and nervous system-focused yoga.

Sessions may be supportive for those navigating stress, burnout, overwhelm, life transitions, or reconnecting with the body after difficult experiences.

Each session is approached gently, intentionally, and at a pace that feels supportive for the individual.

About Laura

Laura resides in Kincardine, Ontario. After working in studio, she transitioned to an online platform and created a quiet, humble studio in her home. Her clients loved the online format so much that online classes continue to be the heart of Mindful Flow & Wellness.

Her classes combine strength, stretch, joint mobility, flexibility, and mindful transitional movement to create a balanced full-body practice. Variations are offered throughout each class so all bodies and experience levels can move confidently within their own practice.

Laura recently completed her schooling in Massage Therapy and brings her passion for helping others, body awareness, mobility, and grounded support into every class.

Online yoga often includes special appearances from Laura’s animals, including her two dogs, Pedro and Piper, her bunny Avery, and her lizard Master Shredder.
